Material Handler

Convey materials from receiving areas to storage or designated zones, sorting items by size, type, color, or product code. Read customer orders, work orders, and shipping requisitions to determine items for movement, gathering, or distribution. Safely maneuver tractor-trailers, containers on chassis, yard mules, and boom trucks within the warehouse court to position units for loading and unloading. Organize parking within the yard to support safe traffic flow and clear access for operations. Coordinate yard movement activities with the Logistics Manager, Logistics Coordinator, and Drivers to reduce congestion. Maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, including wearing required safety equipment, while performing general housekeeping duties. Complete other duties as assigned and actively participate in company activities and workflow process improvements.
