Job Summary
Pick, pack, and ship world-class guitars while transitioning between pulling kits, accepting deliveries, and distributing kits to the main plant. Count and weigh parts, perform data entry for inventory, and handle housekeeping duties to restock supplies. Operate a forklift and adhere to safety rules by submitting hazard observations and supporting the Safety Management System. Work full-time in an aggressive distribution environment with mandatory overtime as needed, standing for 8-10 hours and lifting up to 50 pounds. Occasional travel to other facilities may be required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience should center on daily production requirements
- Must be a self-starter
- Mandatory overtime on an as needed basis
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hours per day
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Attention to detail
- Small piece part production
- Computer proficiency
- Ability to work with a team in a fast-paced, results oriented environment
