Job Summary
Material Handler to load/unload raw materials, verify batch codes and expiration dates, replenish materials in bins/hoppers to prevent shortages, wrap products manually or using a wrapping machine, label and verify product quantity, perform basic housekeeping, enter data via paper forms, computers, or tablets, and follow GMP/SOPs and company policies. Requires English literacy, basic math, attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs; 1–2 years of manufacturing experience preferred. Shift is 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with onboarding during the first week; salary is provided as an approximate hourly pay of $19.76 per hour, with annualized compensation reflected in minimum/maximum salaries.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1–2 years of manufacturing experience preferred
- Understanding of material handling and equipment preferred
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout your shift
- Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens
- Flexible to work overtime based on business needs
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Able to read, write, and understand English
- Team-oriented and dependable
