Material Handler Forklift Operator

Job Summary
Material Handler with forklift responsibilities: lift and unload heavy pallets, move materials safely from warehouses to production areas or between facilities, ensure safe operations, perform quality inspections, handle hazardous and non-hazardous materials, pull and stage orders, maintain inventory accuracy, and operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment. Requires high school or GED, 1+ year forklift/pallet jack experience, valid driver’s license, strong communication and teamwork, independent initiative, and ability to work in a manufacturing/warehouse environment. Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm; benefits include health insurance, 401k with match, on-site nurse, and equal opportunity employment. Training in safety and RF/scanner usage recommended, with physical ability to lift up to 70 pounds as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school or GED degree
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience
- Detail oriented for inventory accuracy
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
- 1+ years of experience in forklift, pallet jack and other heavy equipment operations
- Must possess excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work independently and demonstrate effective initiative
- Should be goal oriented, confident, outgoing, and able to work well under pressure and succeed within a competitive environment
