Job Summary
Material Handler Duties: preparing and shipping Hearth & Home Technologies’ fireplaces, stoves and hearth products; picking & pulling parts; loading freight into trailers; operating a variety of material handling equipment including forklifts, order selectors, scanners, and shrink wrap machines. Climate-controlled warehouse environment with 1st shift hours from 6:00 AM to 2:20 PM, Monday–Friday, with OT as needed. Direct hire role offering benefits from first day including PTO, holidays, health care (medical, dental, vision), 401k with company match, and additional programs such as quarterly profit sharing, parental leave, tuition reimbursement, and adoption/surrogacy reimbursement.
