Job Summary
Warehouse Material Handler and Forklift Operator in Mt. Pleasant, IA, performing duties such as preparing/shipping fireplaces, stoves and hearth products, picking & pulling parts, loading freight, and operating material handling equipment (forklifts, order selectors, scanners, shrink wrap). Works 1st shift from 6:00 AM to 2:20 PM, Monday–Friday, with OT as needed, in a climate-controlled warehouse. Direct-hire, full-time role with benefits including PTO, holidays, health care, 401k with 6% match, profit sharing, parental leave, tuition reimbursement, and adoption/surrogacy reimbursement. Starter pay: $16.50-$19.00 per hour plus benefits. Locations: Mt. Pleasant, IA, USA.
