Job Summary
Ships and receives all warehouse goods and services, operates heavy machinery to deliver products, and assembles guest orders for stock, shipping, or palletizing. Monitor inventory levels to control waste and ensure food cost goals are met while maintaining compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Conduct regular walkthroughs, address guest concerns promptly, and coordinate logistics with culinary, events, and facilities departments. Provide hands-on support during peak service times to ensure smooth operations and uphold cleanliness and safety standards. Requires ServSafe Manager and RBS certification, one to two years of F&B or warehouse experience, and proven track record with forklifts and Raymond lifts.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Food and Beverage or Warehouse receiving and shipping
- Proven track record of working on heavy machinery like forklifts and Raymond lifts
- Self starter who shows initiative
- Exceptional guest service and adherence to safety and quality standards
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage scheduling, inventory, and event logistics efficiently
- Strong understanding of cost controls, labor management, and health department regulations
- ServSafe Manager and RBS certification
