Job Summary
Conduct material receiving, auditing, inspection, and put-away of incoming supplies to proper locations. Perform banding, packaging, and staging of products into shipping lanes while loading trucks with finished door products. Maintain inventory accuracy by moving materials in computer systems and ensure all parts meet quality expectations before painting preparation. Support area needs by removing empty pallets, trash, and recyclables, and clean parts using sandpaper, acetone, or air hoses. Adhere strictly to forklift, operational, quality, and safety guidelines, notifying supervisors of improvement opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- One to two years related experience
- Experience using computer and handheld scanning gun
- OSHA Forklift certification
- Previous experience in material handling responsibilities in a production environment
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Monday - Friday: 8a - 4:30pm EST
- Hourly pay of $18/hour
