Job Summary
Prepare poles for shipping, unload materials upon arrival, and physically move inventory to maintain accurate flow through production areas. Operate lift equipment safely while inspecting loads for safety and quality. Maintain documentation of received and shipped materials, conduct inventory cycle counting, and reconcile discrepancies. Interpret production plans and shipping orders to deliver required material handling levels. Work the 2nd shift (4:00 pm - 2:30 am) Monday through Friday at a starting wage of $22.68/hr plus shift differential. This role supports Valmont's mission to advance agricultural productivity and reimagining vital infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
