Job Summary
Material Handler (Evening & Night Shifts) responsible for tagging containers and marking items, reading work orders to determine assignments, recording units moved, and moving freight using pallet jacks, forklifts, and other equipment. Duties include stocking and organizing storage areas, picking, verifying, packaging, and loading orders, locating materials for work orders, maintaining in-process inventory, and cross-training in other departments. Requires adherence to SOPs and ISO procedures, safety standards, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds; self-managed performance participation and general compliance with policies. Working primarily in Mt. Pleasant, TX.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to quickly and repeatedly adjust controls of a machine or vehicle to exact positions
- Ability to see details at close range and at a distance
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work on more than one task at a time
