Job Summary
Palletize boxes and break down large pallets into smaller units while maintaining accurate records. Follow clearly defined SOPs and quality guidelines to complete routine material handling tasks under general supervision. Operate in a metrics-driven environment with moderate to loud noise levels, managing physical demands including lifting over 50 lbs and exposure to extreme temperatures without air conditioning. Requires high school diploma, zero to one year of warehouse experience, and ability to read documents and perform basic math calculations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Zero (0) to one (1) year warehouse experience or related experience and/or training
- Obtains and/or maintains appropriate licenses / training / certifications, as needed
- Has basic skills training in an analytical / scientific method or operational process area (e.g., material handling and management, logistics, manufacturing production)
- Effective communication skills at a level co-workers and Team Lead/Supervisor can understand
- Ability to read, write, interpret and comprehend documents written in English and perform basic math calculations
- Ability to perform/operate in a metrics-driven environment
- General computer skills
- Must be flexible to overtime
- Must be available for 1st Shift
- Must be able to lift and/or move over 50 lbs
