Job Summary
Material Handler role supporting the Material Handling team with material requisitions in a fast-paced warehouse. Responsibilities include loading/unloading using pallet jacks and forklifts, backfilling material requisition and receiving, and logging warehouse movements via computer/tablet. Requires strong communication, ability to work with peers and supervisors, and reliability. Must lift up to 50 pounds, read/write English, and maintain accuracy and efficiency in a high-volume environment. On-site, day shift, with full-time status and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Up to 1 year minimum experience in warehouse preferred
- Up to 1 year minimum experience with forklift preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Knowledge of basic warehouse and receiving processes
- Ability to produce quality work at a fast pace
- Standing on feet all day
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Detail oriented, organized and able to handle a high volume of product safely and efficiently
- Clearly read, write and comprehend English
- Use a hand truck and pallet jack
