Material Handler - Day Shift

Job Summary
Material Handler to support Form Energy's manufacturing and warehousing operations at the West Virginia facility. You will receive incoming shipments using an electronic inventory system, unload, inspect, organize, log, and distribute components, assist with shipping including wrapping and marking items, and pull orders from the warehouse to deliver materials to production using a forklift. You will collaborate with logistics providers and other teams to ensure accurate inventory and smooth operations, and regularly lift up to 50 lbs. The role emphasizes hands-on, team-oriented problem solving in a fast-moving, safety-conscious environment within a high-volume battery production setting.
Required Qualifications
- Forklift experience preferred, willingness to learn and be recertified on forklift
- Prior Warehouse/Inventory Control experience preferred
- WMS/ERP system experience such as Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 highly preferred
- Freight and parcel shipping experience preferred
- Experience with bending, stooping, sitting and standing
- Strong communication skills within a group
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to shift gears quickly and adapt to changing tasks
