Job Summary
Operate sitting and standing forklifts, clamp trucks, power walkers, and scissors lifts, including conducting safety audits on equipment at the start of each shift. Use Radio Frequency scanners to track material movement and receive inventory into computerized systems. Load and unload trucks, stage materials, adjust warehouse racking, and drive a straight truck between local plants with no CDL required. Complete all necessary paperwork for shift tasks and maintain a clean, safe work environment. This full-time 2nd Shift role includes a Perfect Attendance Bonus, shift premium, medical and dental coverage, FSA, 401k match, and paid time off. Join our Milton, WI production facility supporting a direct mail service provider expanding its national footprint.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must have a clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Commitment to quality and safety
- Good communication skills
- Ability to accurately read and compare a series of numbers
- Basic computer skills in a Windows environment
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience operating forklifts and other powered industrial equipment
