Job Summary
Load, unload, and move materials manually or using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment. Assist with receiving, checking, labeling, and stocking incoming material while pulling and staging materials for outbound shipments. Ensure materials are properly stored, stacked, and organized in designated areas, and assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by reporting damaged or misplaced items. Support daily order fulfillment and loading of customer deliveries or pickups, and maintain clean and safe work areas by following housekeeping standards. Follow all safety guidelines for lifting, equipment operation, and warehouse navigation while supporting team members in completing daily warehouse operations and special projects as needed. Work in a warehouse facility in Glen Allen, VA, with standard hours from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to load and unload trucks
- Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
- Demonstrates professionalism, punctuality, and excellent customer service
- Must be dependable and team-oriented
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment
- Regular standing, lifting (up to 50lbs), climbing, and walking required throughout shift
- May require extended hours during peak operations or inventory counts
