Material Handler

Job Summary
Load, unload, and move materials within S&D or M&P facilities and campus in a safe and compliant manner. Accurately scan inventory to locations using a handheld scanner, shrink-wrap material and pallets for transfers and shipping, and transfer material between storage and shipping areas using a box truck. Deliver packages to off-site destinations if needed by reading orders and identification labels to locate or relocate inventory. Read and verify information for any discrepancies on shipping documents. Perform all other duties as assigned. Work Monday through Friday from 6:00am to 2:15pm in a union position at Catalent's Philadelphia site.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED)
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to perform tasks in multi-temperature environments (between 30°C and -20°C) using appropriate personal protective equipment
- Computer proficiency
- Ability to read, write, and speak in English
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs in a safe and compliant manner
- Ability to perform repetitive and physical tasks for extended periods
- 100% Onsite
- Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:15pm
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment
- Previous forklift driving experience
