Material Handler

Material Handler (Forklift Operator) at Boise Cascade responsibilities include receiving, selecting and loading materials; operating forklift safely and efficiently; verifying order accuracy after packaging/loading; providing basic customer service to internal and external customers; collaborating with team members to fulfill orders; maintaining a clean work area; following OSHA safety procedures; performing daily safety checks on forklifts; and performing additional duties as assigned. Preferred qualifications include forklift experience (sit-down/counterbalance), familiarity with building materials, and the ability to measure and calculate material lengths. The role is within a high-traffic warehouse environment and involves outdoor physical work in all weather conditions. Spanish-language materials are included for some responsibilities and qualifications.
