Job Summary
Stage batch tickets by priority, pick and deliver stock to production, and verify necessary materials are available. Return goods from the Drop Zone, stage materials for batchers, and communicate when inventory is low. Perform daily cycle counts, wrap and relabel pallets, and receive new stock using the FIFO method. Maintain organized racks, ensure good housekeeping for safety, and work closely with production to keep operations running efficiently. This entry-level role requires a forklift certification and 3-5 years of related experience, with shifts running from 6am to 7pm Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School Graduate or equivalent
- 3-5 years of related work experience
- Basic arithmetic skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
- Read, write, speak English
- 3-5 years of experience with overseeing inventory
- Forklift Certification Required, sit-down electric or propane or stand-up electric reach truck
- Must know at least 1 of the following activities: Staging for the Mixers, Staging for the Fillers, Staging the Liquids for the Mixers
- Special training/certifications will include general health and safety for chemical handling
- hazmat shipment labeling
