Job Summary
Control material tracking, storage, and issuance to production lines while managing inventory for finished goods in a Pull Manufacturing environment. Monitor receiving and shipping areas to stage outgoing product and assist with shipments, ensuring FIFO compliance and accurate cycle counts. Utilize electronic inventory management systems to move materials and document procedures that eliminate variation, supporting continuous improvement initiatives to lower costs and improve yield. Participate in shift change meetings, cross-train in related functions, and adhere to all safety protocols and documented work procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Tru Vue Forklift Operation License in good standing
- One year of forklift experience
- good driving record
- Familiarity with electronic inventory management systems, including devices and processes
- Computer data entry experience
- Must be able to learn and perform electronic transactions accurately
- Must be flexible

Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma Quality systems preferred
- Able to learn, understand, and perform all production jobs
- Previous bar-coding experience preferred
