Material Handler -(3rd shift)

Material Handler on 3rd shift at City of Industry, CA. Receives, stores and distributes raw materials and supplies to designated staging areas. Operates forklift to unload inbound and outbound shipments. Visually_inspect materials and report discrepancies in quality. Prepare materials for grinding process. Transport and store materials, finished products and supplies to appropriate staging area. Report locations for proper labeling. Transport scrapped materials from production line to the grinder area. Maintain cleanliness of ramp, dock and compactor area. Ensure compliance with safety standards and applicable laws; perform duties in a manner to keep yourself and others safe. Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required. Must have a high school diploma or GED, and the role involves lifting up to 50 pounds and working in a loud production environment with PPE.
