Job Summary
Receive approximately 769,595 items annually as part of a team, unloading parts into the facility using PIV, MHE, and pallet jacks. Ensure all receipts are documented and verified against packaging slips, cross-checking boxes against freight manifests and inspecting for external damage. Report discrepancies immediately to carriers, segregate affected items, and alert the Quality Team for review. Unpack parts in a controlled environment, match customer service orders to incoming vendor repair engine parts, and route certified components to the storeroom. Coordinate dock activities with the Product Storeroom, Component Repair Business, and Service Center, while assisting with Goods Receipt and Goods Reversal SAP transactions. Monitor fuel unloading for engine test cells and mitigate spills per procedure. Work a 2nd shift in a high-stress environment lifting up to 25 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work as a part of a team in a high-stress, fast-paced environment
- Must be a self-starter, able to work with little to no guidance
- Must be highly motivated, detail-oriented, organized and have the ability to multi-task
- Must possess normal dexterity and be able to lift and move heavy items
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Position requires frequent sitting and some walking, standing, climbing
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
- US work authorization
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years of warehouse/logistics experience
- Inventory management experience
- ERP system experience – SAP preferred
