Job Summary
Receive over 760,000 items annually by unloading parts using PIV, MHE, and pallet jacks, then cross-check boxes against freight manifests and inspect for external damage. Document all receipts, verify packaging slips, and report discrepancies to carriers for immediate manifest updates. Unpack parts in a controlled environment, match customer orders to incoming vendor repair engine parts, and route certified items to the storeroom. Coordinate dock activities with the Product Storeroom, Component Repair Business, and Service Center, while assisting with Goods Receipt SAP transactions. Monitor fuel unloading into storage tanks to prevent spills and mitigate any incidents per procedure. Work in a high-stress, fast-paced team environment requiring self-starter skills and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work as a part of a team in a high-stress, fast-paced environment
- Must be a self-starter, able to work with little to no guidance
- Must be highly motivated, detail-oriented, organized and have the ability to multi-task
- Must possess normal dexterity and be able to lift and move heavy items
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Position requires frequent sitting and some walking, standing, climbing
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
- US work authorization
