Job Summary
Pull orders from inventory, deliver production materials, and stage finished product while maintaining stock through identification, labeling, and placement. Verify materials against production orders, pack, crate, load, and secure product for shipment, and ensure deliveries match purchase orders. Perform pre-use inspections on forklifts and other equipment, investigate inventory discrepancies, and clean shop areas. Comply with health, safety, and environmental standards while cross-training for multiple production functions. Work a flexible schedule under pressure, lifting heavy materials, and adhering to The Mersino Way in all daily activities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current and valid OSHA forklift operation certificate, or the ability to acquire certification
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet job requirements
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Requires intermittent periods during which continuous physical exertion is required, such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting material or equipment, some of which may be heavy or awkward
