Job Summary
Material Handler 3 oversees receiving, storing, and distributing material within the distribution center. Responsibilities include reading shipment documents, accurate order picking with minimal supervision, labeling and QA checks, moving freight to correct bins, sorting packages by SKU for receiving and loading, using a handheld scanner or tagging gun, and supporting warehouse operations to maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas. The role requires flexibility for overtime, attention to detail, ability to identify process improvements, and adherence to the company’s Mission, Vision, and Values. The position includes progression across Level 1–3 responsibilities, with Level 3 requiring intermediate-advanced WMS knowledge, inventory control, and wave/coordination duties. Education and qualifications emphasize a high school diploma or GED (preferred), 1+ year DC experience, and lift certifications as a plus; strong English comprehension and basic math, plus the ability to read various shipping documents and work effectively in a team.
Required Qualifications

- 1+ years of distribution center experience
- Prior lift certifications a plus
- Verifiable work history
- Microsoft Office and WMS systems experience preferred for Level 3
