Material Handler - 2nd Shift

Job Summary
Operate and support warehouse/materials handling on 2nd shift (3:45 pm - 12:16 am) to maintain continuous materials supply. Read work orders and follow instructions to move materials, open containers, and load/unload materials onto pallets, stacks, and trucks. Move materials from storage to designated areas, attach tags/labels, and assist crane or hoist operators. Count, weigh, and record material quantities on daily production sheets; ensure safety and quality standards are met; maintain a clean, safe work area; operate industrial trucks or hoists as needed; and collaborate with teammates to support machine operators and production throughput.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or Equivalent (GED)
- One to two years of experience in a related field
- Basic computer knowledge
- Exceptional attention to detail and good follow-up skills
- Must possess good problem solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Willingness to work as team member or independently
