Job Summary
Material Handler on 2nd shift at LANXESS in East Hanover. Operate packaging equipment (feed systems, fillers, seamers, case packers, palletizers, stretch wrappers, pail fillers), contribute to packaging line and individual work, perform manual fill operations, and record batch/OEE data and production records. Emphasizes safety culture and requires forklift operation, English communication, basic math, and the ability to stand/walk for extended periods; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Required Qualifications
- Associates or Technical Degree strongly preferred
- High School Diploma or Equivalence required
- Qualified Forklift Operator
- Clear and comprehensive communication in English (written/verbal)
- Basic mathematic and numeracy skills
- Computer / ICT literate
- Climb stairs and ladders
- Ability to spend extended time standing/walking
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Willing to work 2nd shift, 3:00 PM until 11:30 PM
