Job Summary
Material Handler I-III responsible for picking warehouse parts and delivering to assembly areas to support production, working with production lines to optimize use of people, materials, and equipment. Focus on Safety, Quality, Continuous Improvement (CI), and Productivity. Requires teamwork, basic PC skills, and ability to operate forklift; training includes 5S participation and ERP material transactions. Overtime and a shift premium apply. Location-based roles in WI with on-site duties for multiple facilities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-3 years of experience (Material Handler I/II/III levels)
- Ability to follow company policies
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective teamwork and communication
- Basic PC skills
- Ability to operate forklift or other material transport equipment (preferred)
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
- Physical ability to lift 25-50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to work 2:30pm-10:30pm shift and overtime as needed
