Job Summary
Material Handler duties include proper movement of materials, accurate issuing and stocking of production lines, cycle counting of raw materials, and proper picking and loading of finished goods. Ensures loads are accurately weighed/handled and that scrap material is prepared for pick up. Safe operation of forklifts and electric pallet jacks; strong attention to detail and ability to understand shipping/packing lists. SAP experience preferred; requires solid computer skills and strong oral/written communication. This is a 2nd shift role (Mon-Fri, 3:30 pm–12:00 am) at the Southington, CT location; benefits available from day one for full-time staff.
