Job Summary
Pick orders and stage by route, loading product onto trucks in the correct sequence to ensure customer delivery. Rotate product by date in the storage cooler while verifying order accuracy and ensuring proper storage. Locate items in the JDE/DSI system using a scanner, wrap pallets on correct carriers, and move finished goods to the cooler while monitoring temperature. Inspect trailers for damage and confirm the chute is clean before locking dock doors. Maintain all GMP, PPE, HACCP, and sanitation guidelines throughout the shift. Work in a cold, wet, 24-hour plant environment as part of the shipping team supporting Bonduelle's plant-based food mission.
Required Qualifications
- GED/High School Diploma
- 1-3 years of forklift experience
- some positions require stand-up forklift experience
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- comprehension of basic math
- Ability to multi-task
- lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness and flexibility to work in a cold, wet, fast-paced, 24 hour plant environment
- Demonstrated ability to have good judgment
- Some specialized training such as warehouse clerk type roles with computer experience
- or inventory type roles
- or exposure
