Job Summary
Materials Handler responsible for ensuring the physical flow of materials to keep production on schedule. Maintain inventory accuracy (≥99%), keep production lines supplied with no material delays, and process inbound/outbound/internal transfers with complete documentation. Own safety and organization of the work area; adapt to shifting production priorities and communicate issues early. Requires hands-on experience in warehouse/logistics, forklift/pallet jack operation, familiarity with scanners/labels/shipping docs, and ability to perform physically demanding tasks. Strong emphasis on attention to detail, proactive action, teamwork, and safety; successful candidate will contribute to the Materials & Logistics team that supports the San Carlos production facility for NEO robotics.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or materials handling
- Hands-on experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks
- Certification is ideal but not a deal breaker if you can pass training quickly
- Comfortable using scanners, labels, and shipping documentation in a daily workflow
- Able to perform physical work, including lifting and moving materials throughout a full shift
