Job Summary
Operate a Hilo and overhead crane to move material throughout the facility while ensuring all machines and production lines remain stocked. Maintain grinding operations to reuse post-process material and conduct daily audits of grinding systems to ensure efficiency. Monitor raw material movements within department and staging areas, maintain material flow to dryers and mixers, and record finished production for quality check areas. Perform required preventive maintenance tasks on the material handling system and assist the team leader with break reliefs. Keep the working environment clean and organized by cleaning and organizing lines while following all safety policies.

- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, walk for 8 plus hours daily
- Ability to use both hand, wrists, and arms with continual motion
- Ability to push, pull, grasp, and reach objects
- Ability to lift 50 plus pounds repeatedly

Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years plant experience
- previous knowledge of injection molding
- Understand of bulk grinding systems
- Previously Hilo certified
