Job Summary
Verify material availability using clear-to-build and clear-to-ship reports, then systematically release work orders to the warehouse floor. Create customer deliveries per schedule, track shipments, and resolve internal and external inquiries regarding billing, status, and carrier needs. Investigate discrepancies with shipments, participate in corrective actions, and assist with operational reporting. Collaborate with the GTM team to resolve trade inquiries while maintaining safety procedures and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires a high school diploma, basic WMS knowledge, and the ability to work the 6:30 am to 3:00 pm first shift with flexibility for overtime. Candidates must reside within 50 miles of Indianapolis, IN, and be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic knowledge of WMS and inventory management systems
- Basic to Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, Internet, web-based and job specific software applications
- Ability to communicate potential concerns and or customer delays
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
- Must be able to work specific shift hours and have flexibility to work overtime based on customer demand
- Residing within a 50-mile radius of Indianapolis, IN
Desired Qualifications
- Oracle ERP/WMS experience
- 3 years' experience in a warehouse/distribution center environment
- Good organizational and time management skills
