Job Summary
Material Handler (1st Shift) at Badger Meter in Milwaukee, WI, performing diversified material movement using hand, forklift, and electric hoist; locating and issuing productive materials to production and staging, receiving and recording inventory transactions, cycle counts, loading/unloading with attention to safety and cleanliness, and preparing documents for outside vendors. Requires forklift experience or willingness to undergo hazmat training, basic reading skills to interpret customer orders, basic math, and basic computer proficiency. Works in a clean, air-conditioned manufacturing environment with standard PPE and potential cross-training across workstations.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to pass internal forklift and hazmat training if applicable
