Job Summary
Operate forklifts and clamp trucks to manually move freight, stock, and materials between storage, production areas, loading docks, and delivery vehicles. Attach identifying tags to containers, read work orders to determine assignments, and record units handled on daily production sheets. Sort cargo before loading and unloading, assemble product containers or crates using hand tools, and carry necessary supplies from storage to job sites. Perform other general labor tasks as required. Full-time 12-hour shifts from 7am to 7pm with daily pay. Located at 4800 Lina Lane, Dublin, VA.
Required Qualifications
- Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work
- Ability to use a forklift
- Ability to use a clamp truck
- Ability to manually move freight, stock, or other materials
- Ability to perform general labor
- Ability to move freight, stock, or other materials to and from storage or production areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, ships, or containers
- Ability to attach identifying tags to containers
- Ability to mark containers with identifying information
- Ability to read work orders
- Ability to receive oral instructions
- Ability to determine work assignments
