Material Handler 1

Material Handler 1 performs material movement and handling tasks in a warehouse setting: may feed, remove, flex, jog, and stack printed sheets and other in-process materials; load/unload materials onto pallets and into trucks; apply strapping, padding, and labels to prevent shifting; transport materials using hand trucks, electric dollies, or similar devices; record quantities moved on production sheets; attach identifying tags and labels; stack or bundle materials using banding and a clincher; may occasionally operate automated equipment or an industrial truck. Requires basic warehouse knowledge, ability to stock and rotate items per operating instructions, and familiarity with shrink-wrap and related tools. Compliance with EEO guidelines is noted.
