Job Summary
Second-shift Material Handler responsible for moving raw materials to machines, weighing and staging finished products, loading/unloading materials on pallets and into vehicles, organizing materials and tags, and recording production data. Drives and uses industrial truck or electric hoist to move materials, prepares shipments with proper documents, assigns lot numbers and maintains records, and performs related maintenance tasks. Must read processing forms or follow oral instructions, attach labels, and ensure materials are moved to designated locations while maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to production reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Experience operating industrial truck or forklift
- Ability to read product processing forms or follow instructions
- Ability to weigh and move materials accurately
- Attention to detail for tagging, labeling, and record-keeping
- Capacity to perform daily preventative maintenance and routine tasks as described
