Job Summary
Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them to assigned places. Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment. Transport raw materials to production workstations while operating a Lull forklift with utmost care. Identify damages, report shortages or quality deficiencies, and inspect machinery for repairs. Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs. Comply with company policies and legal guidelines to maintain a safe and orderly environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of experience operating a tractor
- High school diploma or GED
- The ability to identify and react appropriately to hazards
- The ability to carry out duties unsupervised, in harsh weather conditions, and during irregular hours when required
- The ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Must be able to operate a Lull forklift
