Job Summary
Material Handler responsibilities include pulling, packaging, and loading materials; preparing shipping documents; tracking inventory and discrepancies with a supervisor; completing daily cycle-count reports; and entering data into ERP systems. Candidates should have warehouse material handling experience, the ability to operate a forklift or pallet jack, familiarity with Windows-based software, and a valid driver’s license. Occasional lifting up to 50-70 lbs, 80% walking/standing, and 20% sitting; benefit-rich position with weekly pay and health/dental/vision coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Material handling experience in a warehouse environment
- Good communication skills
- Working knowledge of windows-based operating systems and software
- Knowledge of industrial cutting tool and MRO materials
- Ability to learn various computer software
- Ability to operate a forklift or pallet jack
- Shipping and Receiving experience
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
