Job Summary
Material Handler 1 at US Tool Group; backup in warehouse and deliveries. Responsibilities include pulling, packaging and loading material; preparing shipping documents; inventory of received material and data entry into ERP; resolve discrepancies with lead/supervisor; complete daily cycle-count reports. Requires forklift/pallet jack operation, shipping/receiving experience, strong communication, Windows-based software familiarity, knowledge of industrial cutting tools/MRO materials, and valid driver’s license. 80% walking/standing, lifting up to 50 lbs (70 lbs with assistance), occasional pushing/pulling; ITAR/EAR compliance noted.
Required Qualifications
- Material handling experience in a warehouse environment
- Good communication skills
- Working knowledge of windows-based operating systems and software
- Knowledge of industrial cutting tool and MRO materials
- Ability to learn various computer software
- Ability to operate a forklift or pallet jack
- Shipping and Receiving experience
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
