Prepare, process, and manage food materials and supplies; enter orders in computer system; store and deliver materials; maintain inventory, reports, and records; ensure sanitation and compliance with health codes and weights/measures; inspect areas and coordinate cleaning; operate forklift/pallet jack; maintain logs and temperature records; work with kitchen team to provide high quality service; flexible schedule including weekends/evenings/holidays.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
- Ability to work on feet for 8 hours
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Ability to work in a cooler/freezer environment
- Ability to operate forklift, pallet jack and dollies
