Job Summary
Coordinate material deliveries and services for all Enbridge Gas Inc. regions by creating Purchase Orders and Work Orders in Oracle and SCM tools. Follow up with suppliers to meet negotiated delivery schedules, perform Goods Receipt, and analyze reports to expedite partial or undelivered materials. Resolve disputes on shipping quantities, incorrect parts, and invoice discrepancies, while coordinating customs paperwork for imports and exports. Ensure ordered materials match customer workload requirements and arrive on time. This role supports the supply chain from source to point of use for all regions within the Company.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a secondary school education or equivalent
- Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook applications
- Application knowledge in Oracle Systems
- Application knowledge in Sharepoint environments
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proven ability to interface and communicate effectively with external and internal stakeholders in a professional manner
- Good analytical skills and decision-making capabilities
- Must possess effective organizational skills
- Must possess a valid driver's license (implied by 'Must possess' context of driving duties and 'Must' keyword)
- Must be available for weekend shifts (implied by 'Must possess' context of driving duties and 'Must' keyword)
Desired Qualifications
- In-depth experience in purchasing
- Knowledge of warehousing and inventory control procedures
