Job Summary
Communicate with Procurement, Programs, Production, and Logistics Teams to resolve supply chain issues and follow up with suppliers to confirm delivery schedules. Expedite shipments when necessary, coordinate alternate sources for shortages, and identify delays impacting production timelines. Maintain accurate records of shipments and material statuses in ERP tools while supporting RMA customer returns and coordinating internal material flow. This onsite role supports the Airborne and ISR Solutions Division at TSC's Raeford, NC location, requiring 5 years of supply chain experience and US citizenship.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of professional experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or expediting role or equivalent years of military, education and experience
- US Citizenship
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel
- Excellent communication and follow up skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- AA/AS in Supply/Operations Management, Business, Accounting or Finance or 5 years of related experience
- Must be able to work onsite at TSC's Raeford, NC location
Desired Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree in Supply/Operations Management, Business, Accounting or Finance preferred or 5 years related experience
- Experience with Costpoint
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
