Material Expediter - Flexible Packaging (AM - 1B Shift) - Plant 3

Material Expediter responsible for the flow of materials to conform to production schedules, including accurate inventory management, stock replenishment, and ensuring the next shift is stocked per schedule. Works with lead press operator to meet scheduling needs, returns unused stock to warehouse, and may back up the material handler. Follows safety procedures and Safe Quality Foods requirements, disposes of waste ink and solvents per guidelines, and performs related duties. AM shift runs 3:00 AM–3:00 PM with 12-hour shifts and overtime after 36 hours; the position includes a shift differential of $1.00/hour for the AM shift and pays $22.00–$25.00 per hour base. Requires ability to read, write, perform basic arithmetic, operate a computer, meet deadlines, and stand/walk for most of the shift. Minimum education is two years of high school or equivalent.
