Job Summary
The Material Engineer role focuses on developing, implementing, and evaluating new production materials, equipment, and technologies. Responsibilities include conducting research, performing feasibility tests, and collaborating with vendors and cross-functional teams to improve quality and cost-efficiency in production processes. The position requires a bachelor's degree in science or engineering, and relevant experience in material testing is preferred, although training will be provided. A good understanding of injection molding and extrusion processes is advantageous.
