Material Developer--Coppell, TX (Hybrid)

Hands-on Materials Developer responsible for end-to-end fabric development—from sourcing and lab dip evaluation to testing and final approval. Own lab dip management, color matching, and maintain our material and color standard library. Partner with Design, Product Development, Sourcing, and Quality to meet brand, performance, cost, and timeline expectations. Communicate daily with mills and vendors to request samples, troubleshoot issues, and track development progress. Prepare, cut, and organize sample yardage for testing and development needs; learn collections and ensure consistency across fabrics and colors. Stay informed on fabric trends, performance finishes, sustainable innovations, and industry developments.
