Job Summary
Receive deliveries, stage materials ahead of maintenance activities, and update SAP to maintain organized stock levels. Coordinate activities for workers lifting, transporting, and loading materials using conveyors, cranes, and industrial trucks while reading shipping notices and preparing routing slips. Verify job safety analyses prior to shifts and ensure a clean, safe work environment by adhering to all required safety courses and PPE. Maintain stock levels and develop schedules for material handling based on available warehousing space. This role reports to the Foreman in Salt Lake City, UT, requiring 2-5 years of industrial warehouse experience and valid forklift operation.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in SAP Materials Management
- 2-5 years experience in an industrial warehouse
- Valid Driver's License REQUIRED
- Ability to pass all required Safety Council Courses
- Forklift operation experience
- Basic computer skills
- Computer literacy - Google Workspace
- Communication, interpersonal, organizational and problem solving skills
- Applicant/employee must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of such individual or others in the work place
- Must be able to lift 30 to 50 pounds from ground level, waist level, and/or overhead
- Must be able to climb ladders, scaffolds, structures, etc. above and below ground level
- Must be able to maintain balance on ladders, scaffolds, structures, etc.
- Must be able to reach in all directions
- Must be able to handle and manipulate objects and materials
- Must be able to coordinate the movements of eyes, hands and fingers to operate tools and equipment

- Must be able to apply knowledge of plant layout and material-handling equipment and procedures
- Must be able to study receiving or shipping notices, requests for movement of raw materials and finished products, and reports of warehousing space available to develop schedule for material handling activities
- Must be able to confer with supervisors of other departments to coordinate flow of materials or products
- Must be able to verify or prepare records, such as routing slips, material requisitions, and job orders
- Must be able to maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
- Must be able to receive deliveries, update SAP, stage materials ahead of planned and nonplanned maintenance activities
- Must be able to organize stock and maintain stock levels
Desired Qualifications

- Preferably one (1) to four (4) years of experience in specified skill
- Hazard Communication orientation/test
