Job Summary
Material Coordinator responsible for managing and maintaining the Mask Issue and Toxicological Agent Protective Clothing Facility, providing PPE/clothing issue, breathing air systems, and hazardous waste support, plus field operations and equipment maintenance across CB/chemical-biological defense facilities. Duties include preventive maintenance, repair of air filtration systems and pumps, respirator and SCBA services, CB PPE handling, hazardous waste operations, equipment accountability, and ensuring compliance with environmental, safety, and chemical agent training requirements. Requires valid US driver’s license, high school diploma, potential forklift operation, and ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Valid U.S. Driver’s license required
- May require qualification to operate industrial vehicles (e.g., forklifts up to 6,000 lbs)
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance at Secret level from the U.S. DoD
