Job Summary
Inspect containers for damage or unsafe alterations and report findings to the Warehouse Supervisor. Operate lift-clamp equipment while following established safe work practices and safe operating procedures. Load, unload, pick, pull, stack, and label materials while managing daily distribution warehouse activities. Maintain complete knowledge of warehousing, shipping, and inventory control policies. Coordinate with the Inventory team to ensure accurate stock levels. Requires valid state driver's license, forklift and clamp operation skills, and ability to speak and read English. Based in Springfield, TN.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Valid state driver's license
- Forklift operation experience
- Computer systems experience
- Distribution warehouse activities experience
- Complete knowledge of warehousing policies
- Complete knowledge of shipping policies
- Complete knowledge of inventory control policies
- Ability to operate a Forklift and Clamp
- Ability to load, unload, pick, pull, stack, label, and perform any daily functions that are needed
- Ability to work with the Inventory team
- Ability to speak and read English
- Ability to inspect containers for damage or unsafe alterations and report any findings to the Warehouse Supervisor
- Ability to follow safe operating procedures
- Ability to operate lift-clamp equipment while following established safe work practices
