Job Summary
Material Coordinator/Handler on 1st shift located in Austin, TX. Responsible for locating, auditing, and transferring kits or materials; may perform satellite receiving, vendor drop-offs, and cycle counting to maintain inventory. Uses SAP/Oracle for inventory transactions; ensures delivery readiness to the cleanroom environment; may operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment; trains other coordinators and adheres to safety and documented processes to prevent excess or obsolete material. Works in a manufacturing setting with emphasis on timely material flow and inventory accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with SAP or Oracle inventory systems
- Ability to operate powered industrial vehicles (forklift, pallet jack)
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to perform cycle counts and audits
- Attention to inventory accuracy and material handling in a cleanroom environment
- Ability to lift and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow safety protocols and PPE requirements
