Material Coordinator - 2nd Shift

Material Coordinator - 2nd Shift at Pierce Manufacturing is responsible for coordinating parts for Manufacturing departments, using ERP to transact inventory, investigating part availability, and moving parts across the plant. Must operate a forklift and other material handling equipment, assist with training, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and collaborate with Materials and Manufacturing team leaders. Includes duties such as inventory data entry, cycle counts, managing warehouse and line-side inventory, BOM accuracy, part quality, labeling, and following work orders. Requires strong communication, ability to work with parts and tools, and adherence to safety protocols. The role emphasizes supporting throughput, inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement across shifts, with emphasis on manual dexterity and the ability to lift parts up to 35 pounds, stand/walk for extended periods, and operate in a loud manufacturing environment.
